1套6色组电子轴凹版印刷机，应具备2套放卷单元，1套收卷单元，1套连线脱铝单元。翻转单元布置在第5-6色组上方及第6色组下方，实现薄膜翻转。第3色组烘箱为特殊烘箱。第6色组为干式复合单元，可实现定位复合与非定位复合工艺。烘箱热源可选择蒸汽加热、蒸汽叠加电辅热、纯电加热三种热源；l具备五种工艺路线一键自动套印、定位拼接和自动搭接连续生产功能。

3、 投标人资格要求投标人应具备的资格或业绩：

1）投标人应是所投产品的制造商或由制造商直接授权的代理商；如是代理商投标，则必须提供所投产品制造商的正式授权书，且同一品牌产品只能授权唯一代理商参加本项目投标；

2）投标人提供有效的企业注册证明（境外投标人）；

3）投标人提供有效的营业执照副本（境内投标人）；
